PANGOLD 40 is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) containing Pantoprazole, used to treat acid-related disorders of the stomach and intestines. It is highly effective in reducing gastric acid secretion, providing relief from heartburn, acid reflux, ulcers, and gastritis.

💊 Composition (Each enteric-coated tablet contains):

• Pantoprazole Sodium Sesquihydrate IP equivalent to Pantoprazole 40 mg

• Peptic Ulcer Disease
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
  Gastritis and Duodenitis

⚙️ Mechanism of Action:

Pantoprazole blocks the hydrogen-potassium ATPase enzyme system (proton pump) of the gastric parietal cells, effectively reducing acid secretion at the final step. This leads to long-lasting suppression of gastric acid production.
